Why do these not work? I've taken 4 in 2 hours and nothing? No relief from my pain. Nothing ...wtf is wrong?

Opana er has always been tamper proof due to matix.
They will not change ir due to the fact that it is ir .. matrix would interfere with absorpsion rate slowing it down and ruining the point of the i in ir.
Same thing with coating.
Its really not practical to tamper proof instant release pills.

In any case im not calling you a liar so plz do not be upset. Just pointing out a fact. It is a fact that they are not abuse proofing IRs tho. It simply isnt done to any ir pharms. You were obviously confused with the MUCH more commonly prescribed and discussed opana er. Opana ir is just about the most rarely prescribed narc on the market. That is how they junkie proof it .. by keeping it scarse. Fent patches oxys mscont dillys percs are all more common.

My pain Dr. Showed me in his equivalent book he carries in his pocket, oxymorphone 10mg is equal to oxycodone 30 mg. I was just switched over to loans tens, from oxy 30. The pain relief is better, donot make you drowsy, but no warm fuzzy feelings like you will get with oxycodones...

Take a yellow opana er wipe coating off with damp towel preheat oven to 450 sit on a piece of ten foil for about 6-7 minutes depending on stove let keep eye on it and let it melt down about half way take out stick it in the freezer for a minutiae or two take out cut in half or whole thing in the spoon add water draw up and I bet ya the best high ever :):):):):):)

yes its oxymorphone 10mg instant release. like missy says they're not as good as opana (extended release) for pain management; the person i know who is prescribed them is supposed to take one every 4-6 hrs, instead of 1 20mg a day. They are also cut with chalk or something as a filler/binding agent so they expand considerably when water is added.

everyone is different... but youre looking at anywhere from a 30-60 mg oxycontin equivalency (insufflation being the route of administration). if you take it orally, it will take away a headache but thats about it. however, much like what theyve done to oxycontin, they are about to change the formula of opana/generic oxymorphone so that they are "abuse proof." this will substantially affect the effectiveness of this medicine. if you take this for pain, and depend on it, consult your doctor about this change, because its going to affect you in a major, major way. good luck.
