Is the marking possibly ZC02 with all of them separated into different quadrants by score marks?

If so, the tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Promethazine.

The FDA lists this medication as being an antihistamine that's most commonly used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting.
