White Pill Z D 16 - What Is It

It's a tiny white round pill. I would like to know if it is an opioid and what the milligram is of this pill?

No, it is not an opiate. This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Topiramate, which is an anticonvulsant that is also sometimes used to treat other medical conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, weight changes, and mood swings.
