Is the marking possibly 3594 V? Is the tablet white and oval with green specks?

If so, this tablet contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, this dosage is no longer being manufactured.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
