it's small round white pill it has ULTRA printed on one side and other side is white with a line like a minus

Where did you find it?

I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description, so far. That leads me to suspect that it's an over the counter product and some of those are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
