White Pill With Tn Over 20

My kids found a bottle of pills one side is TN over 20 on the other side is a capital G it is small white and round.

These tablets are manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals for their prescription division in Canada and they list them as containing 20mgs of Tamoxifen, which is most commonly used to treat breast cancer.

Typical side effects, according to the FDA, may possibly include nausea, changes in menstrual period, genital itching, headache and hot flushes.
