I think the imprint you're looking at might be A349, many people tend to think it's an R. Can you please double check and let me know?

If so, it is manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
