Most probably Paracetamol 500mg.
Why do you not have the packaging, blister or patient information leaflet? If it is a 'found object' then it should not be consumed under any circumstances. The packaging will ALWAYS tell you what you have. It is compulsory to have the relevant information printed on the aluminium of the blister pack, or the bottle in which it came. Pills should never be in any container or packet which is not sealed and which does not carry the information regarding contents and dosage.
I have a long white rectangle pill with 3 acres on each side but no imprint on either side? Can this be zanax 2 mg
