It is a white round pill with a p on one side and an n underlined on the other

A small white pill with a P on one side and an underlined N on the other side is a birth control pill. Technically, it's a placebo pill from a package of birth control pills for a woman to take or not take during the week of her period.

Hi Billy,

Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing is an oval white prenatal multivitamin pill with an imprint that looks like this: "P | N". Both letters are on the same front facing side of the pill, but there is a score line dividing them down the center.

So when you say "an n underlined on the other", are you referring to the other-half of the frontside where the "P" is or is it on the backside of the pill? I hope that makes sense. Just trying to narrow down the search results and I think this additional piece of info may be helpful.
