Is it possible that you have confused the letter R with the letter A ? They could look very similar, especially on pill markings. The reason I ask is because there's a white oblong tablet out there with the marking AP 101. This is known as Extendryl SR which contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate 8 mg + Methscopolamine Nitrate 2.5 mg + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 20 mg. It is a combination of Antihistamine, Decongestant, and Anticholinergic medications which is used to treat the nasal congestion and runny nose caused by allergies or the common cold.

That is correct. The ones I have are Equate (Walmart) brand Peppermint antacid tablets, and they are also marked RP101.
