White Pill With K On One Side And 10 On The Other Side

Can anyone help me and tell me what kind of pill this is please? I found it on the floor in my child's car.

There is a white, round tablet that is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they list it as containing 250mgs of the antibiotic Metronidazole.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, and diarrhea.
