I've done several searches for this, since first seeing your post, but I haven't been able to find anything in the U.S. prescription drug databases, so far.

I'll post back as soon as I find anything.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I'm wondering if it might be an over the counter product or a foreign medication.
