This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen. This tablet is about half as strong as what you usually take, so it isn't likely to help much, additionally, even if it is from your mother, it is illegal to share medications.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
