White Pill Rp 143

i found these pills, and i looked to see what they were and they are white with an imprint of "rp143" on one side, and blank on the other.

I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find a listing for anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Noah, I take LACTASE 3MU AND MY PILLS are small (oval/rectangle) shape with imprint RP143

These are lactase enzyme pills--dairy relief for those will lactose intolerance. I know because I take them, and have a bottle here on my desk.
