Is this pill good for tooth infections when you have no pain and just bacteria around the tooth and gums?

Whether you have pain, or not, an infection is still an infection and this is an antibiotic that can be used to eradicate it.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
