White Pill Oblong M2a4 57344 (Top voted first)

I have a few oblong white pills with m2a4 on it and 57344. I was informed that it was hydrocodone so i looked it up and it said oxycodone and it also said tylenol extra strength. So i looked up those but they are round and tylenol says tylenol on it so i have no idea what it is...

I found some pills in my child's room with M2A4 57344 on the pill and it's an oval shape. Can you tell me what it is?

It is just Tylenol, extra strength, 500 mg. No need to worry. It won't get you "high."

Also if your kid thinks it's something else, and decides to eat 10-14 of them in a day (less or more depending on body weight and other factors like general kidney / liver health) because it isn't getting them high, they could have some exciting times of massive liver failure in under a week, which may or may not be survivable. Ask them if they left some tylenol on their dresser and tell them to keep things in the medicine cabinet where they belong and it's over. I'd warn them about tylenol too, it's one of the more dangerous over the counter medications still sold -- to the point where some years back the FDA was pushing to ban acetaminophen in prescription opiates because poisoning from that was causing more deaths / ER visits than the opiates.

Tylenol but people often try to pass it off as oxycodone as they are very similar to a 5mg/325mg Percocet. They are a bit small.

This tablet is manufactured by Physician Partner and they list it as containing nothing more than 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.

I know this is 2 years later, but it is simply an xtra strength tylenol. Don't know what those 2 wrong answers were thinking! I hope they catch the mistakes. I really hope Josh found out before confronting his child, but one thing leads 2 another so maybe they can share these comments to make the child know he really should not even need xtra strength tylenol.
