I found A white Oblong/oval pill that has a 20 inside a V on one side then on the other side it is scored in half with an S on either side

This pill is a 20mg Instant Release OxyContin. It is a very strong pain reliever that is used medically and recreationally. Wikipedia oxycontin to learn more about it.
