Yes, they both contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Vicodin.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Due to the risks of liver damage or failure associated with long-term use of high doses of Acetaminophen, as well as the dangers of overdose toxicity, these combination prescription products with the higher amount of Acetaminophen will no longer be available after January of 2014. After that time, the maximum amount of Acetaminophen available in them will be 325mgs per dose.
