I found a pill it has the #317 on one side and the other side has Barr can you tell me what this medicine is used for nobody can find what it is .thanks

This medication contained Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene. Propoxyphene and it's related drugs were all removed from the market several years ago, due to the dangers it caused of risky cardiac events, some of which resulted in death.

It was also very commonly overdosed by many people, along with the risk it carried of being habit forming.
