This tablet is manufactured by A&Z Pharmaceutical and they list it as containing 250mgs of Acetaminophen, 250mgs of Aspirin and 65mgs of Caffeine. It is available over the counter and is most commonly used to treat migraines.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, nervousness and insomnia.
