I believe the marking you're looking at is actually APO ATV40. This tablet is manufactured by Apotex and they list it as containing 40mgs of Atorvastatin, which is used to help lower cholesterol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches.
