UpdatedSmall white round pill with an italicized E and the number 10 (not italicized beneath). The back has a white score line and nothing else. What is this?

This tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 100mgs of Labetalol, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
Is there anything else I can help with?
