I'm trying to identify a white round pill imprinted w 445 on one side & nothing on the other, not scored.

Is the tablet white, or pale yellow?

If it's pale yellow, it's manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Donepezil.

This medication is most commonly used to treat dementia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite, fainting and mental depression.
