It's a generic Zyrtec 10mg tablet that I bought at Costco.

I have the same thing. I'm trying to figure out I it's my hay-fever meds from Walgreens or some other drugstore.

(The pills we have do not say Lilly- they are not the psychiatric med. Photos of those pills are widely available so I can confirm it's not those.

These are white, oval, and with "4112" imprinted into one side (not stamped on with color- but carved in) and nothing on the other side.

Hello, Charlie! How are you?

I've been unable to find a listing for this, so far and the nature of the imprint leads me to suspect that it may be an over the counter product.

Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
