It's a placebo for Citalopram.

This is not a Placebo, it is manufactured by Accord Healthcare and is listed as containing 20mgs of Escitalopram, which is an antidepressant.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, mood swings, and dry mouth.
