White Oval Shaped Capsule W/ No Imprint
UpdatedI found these pills in a drawer and I would like to know if you could tell me what they possibly could be? Over the counter or prescription drug?

The current regulations of the U.S. FDA require that all prescription medications have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception is for medications that are specially formulated by a compounding pharmacy, and they use capsules. Thus, if a tablet doesn't have a marking, it is most likely an over the counter product, of some type.
Is there anything else I can help with?
