Hi butterball,

Based on your description, it sounds to me like the depiction of a 37.5 mg Phentermine tablet, prescribed for weight loss.

If you were to run a google image search for "phentermine hcl blue speckled 37.5mg" you'll be able to get a visual of what I'm referring to.

Are there also any markings or imprints on this pill that we can use to narrow down our search efforts?
