A description of a white oval pill with blue specks is usually indicative of the weight loss drug known as Phentermine. However I have yet to come across any specific details matching the P R on one side. Whereabouts did you come across this pill?

I also wonder if the letter P or R look uniquely shaped/cursive-like/close together/etc..? Any additional clues or insight would be appreciated.
