White Oval Pill With W And 737

White oval pill. Scored. One side is blank. The other side has a W on the left and 37 (or 737) on the right. Any info would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

W 737 contains 200mgs of extended release Metoprolol, the active ingredient in Toprol Xl, it most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and abdominal pain.
