The numbers where on one side and may have been 2/120 or 2/125. The other side had the letters ISO. It is a white pill on the larger side.

The tablet with the IMO over a line on one side and 2 125 on the other separated by a score line is an Imodium Advanced tablet that's used to help treat or prevent diarrhea and gas/bloating. It contains 2mgs of Loperamide and 125mgs of Simethicone.
