Hi Ashley,
*A white oval pill with a "P" on one side and "500" on the other reportedly contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin; used for treating infections.
*A pink oval pill with "P500" on one side and blank on the other reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 100mgs of Propoxyphene napsylate; taken for pain relief.
I understand that the description is slightly off, but unfortunately these are the two closest possibilities I could locate here.
The pink pill described above is said to have been manufactured by Pliva. Because the imprint is identical it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer directly just to see if they've ever changed the color of this specific tablet to white. In many cases manufacturers have been known to make such alterations without giving any prior notice to the public, so getting ahold of them for some form of confirmation sounds like the best approach in my opinion.
Does anyone else recognize this pill as being something different?
