Any idea what this is? I take generic Celexa or Citalopram and they gave me this. Doesn't look at all like my usual pill.

The pill which you have described is in fact Citalopram 40 mg manufactured by Amneal pharmaceuticals. Their Citalopram PDF sheet shows a picture of the pill next to the 40 mg dose.
