Hi Jennifer,

Based on your description, the closest tablets I'm finding on the web are white and oval with an F in the middle on one side and the number 19 or 74 on the other. While they aren't identical matches, the similar imprint does lead me to believe that they may be from the same manufacturer (Aurobindo Pharma).

So given this clue, I guess what I would encourage you to do is to contact this manufacturer directly in order to find out if that is one of their pills or not.
