I'm sorry, but I can't find anything that matches this.
I thought perhaps it was a Gabapentin tablet, but I'm not seeing any that actually have that on them and the 5 doesn't match the available dosages.
It could be a foreign tablet, which may explain my not finding it.

Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant that's also used to treat some forms of nerve pain and many people think it's a straight analgesic, just like a narcotic, so many do order them illegally from other countries. I can't be sure, without the full imprint, this is just a guess.
Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
