White Oval Pill 13

I got a prescription from a mom & pop pharmacy that I always get from but they always give me different pills each time. This time they gave me something and I looked it up on the internet but I cant find it anywhere. There closed all weekend and I'm allergic to a lot of medicines. I tried calling a different pharmacy but they said they can't tell me cuz the mom & pop pharmacy is a compound phamracy (I guess they make there own pills I don't know) it is white and oval and says 13 on it. What is it? Its suppose to be lorstan potassium 100mg

No, that doesn't make sense, because compounding pharmacies use capsules, they don't usually have pill presses to make the solid tablets.

Is 13 the complete marking? I've gone through several pages of pill images, but I can't find any that just have a 13 on them.
