White Oval L612

I found these small white oval pills with L612 in my purse. I don't know what they are for. There isn't anything on the other side. Can you help me?

These tablets contain 10mgs of Loratadine, which is an antihistamine that's available over the counter, it's better known by the name brand Claritin, this is a generic or store brand.
