A small solid white oval pill smooth on one side and what appears to be 4R2 or maybe 4A2 on other side.

Is the marking possibly 4H2?

If so, Perrigo lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Cetirizine, which is used to treat, or prevent allergies.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including, headache, dry mouth, dizziness, and drowsiness.
