White Oblong Tablet With M L 77 (Top voted first)

A weird tablet with ML77 on one side. It's white and oblong. Would love to know what it is because we found it in our friend's room and want to make sure they are not abusing medications.

Meg is correct, the pill that you are describing is a Panadol Osteo Tablet. Here is some additional info that I pulled up from the manufacturers website.

This pill is used for the relief of persistent pain associated with osteoarthritis and is not a prescription medicine so it can be picked up over the counter at available convenience stores.
