My 13 year old boy took one and was messed up. I tried looking at pictures online on pill sights but have not found anything out yet. Kids have started popping pills at the school now and it scares the crap out of me.

Hello, David! How are you? I'm very sorry that this happened.
When you say he was messed up, can you post back and be more specific as to the symptoms and how he was acting?
In the U.S. prescription tablets are required to have imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency, which means an unmarked tablet is most likely and otc product, of some type. However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
Details on the symptoms he was displaying could help me determine what it contained.
