White Oblong Pill With Zc45 On One Side

It's says that it's Pravachol , but it doesn't look like it did last time and the pharmacy has messed up before so I don't know if I should take it?

The tablet with the ZC 45 marking contains 20mgs of Pravastatin, it's a generic for Pravachol, which is most commonly used to help lower cholesterol.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches.
