White Oblong Pill With The Imprint Gpi A5

Can you please tell me what kind of pill this is? I found it in my kitchen & don't know what it could be.

This tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Tylenol that is also available over the counter.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.

Is there anything else I can help with?
