White Oblong Pill With Lo54

I have a bubble pack of these. When I break one out it has the LO54 etched on them. They are Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 120mg tablets .. I think a generic form of the SUDAFED 12 Hours Release tablets

You are correct. According to the National Institute of Health L054 is the generic imprint used to mark 12 hour nasal decongestant pills and the one you have could be any one of the dozens of companies that use this imprint.Thanks for putting the info out there.
