I was prescribed Meclizine 12.5 mg. There was the Meclizine I recognized and also these white oblong pills in the same bottle. I have looked the 2 pills up. The blue oval is Meclizine but the white oblong do not show to be the same . Can you help me identify this pill

Yes, this tablet is manufactured by Rugby and they do list it as containing 12.5mgs of Meclizine. It's just available over the counter, so it's not listed in most of the prescription drug databases.
Your pharmacy may not have had enough of the other one to fully fill your prescription and, in that case, if it's available over the counter, they are allowed to use it to finish filling the required quantity.
The FDA classifies Meclizine as an antihistamine that is most commonly used to prevent nausea and vomiting. Its typical side effects may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
