The ambien is very very addictive. I was on it for 8 years and in the end i was taking 70mgs a night of it just to sleep cus my body became so immune to it. I actually had to go into inpatient rehab to get off of them. I didnt sleep for 5 nights coming off of them. If u do take them do not take them every night. Take them 3-4 nights in a row at the most and then dont take them for a few nights, etc. I have severe insomnia and PTSD and ambien is the only thing that makes me sleep. :( it sucks.
