White Oblong Pill One Side 22 10

White Oblong Pill with "TEVA" on one side. The other side is scored with the numbers 22|10. I need to know what this is, there is a lot of children in my neighborhood.

Teva pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 1gram of Sucralfate.

The FDA classifies this as an anti-ulcer medication and lists its typical side effects as possibly including constipation, dry mouth, backache and stomach cramps.
