The pill which you are describing - white, oblong (capsule type shape?), scored, with imprint NL719 is a cold remedy containing:

Dextromethorphan HBr 60 mg
Guaifenesin 800 mg
Pseudoephedrine HCI 90 mg

An equivalent brand name is called Proten Forte DM, and is manufactured by Neil Labs.
