This is an over the counter medication that is listed by the FDA as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a generic or store brand of Tylenol, often carried by various stores owned by the Kroger Company.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.
