White Oblong Pill Imprint 2127

I found a white oval pill imprint 2127, can't find any info on the web after plenty searches and alot of resources... Please help, I am wondering if this is a pain medication?

The pill you're describing reportedly contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone Bitartrate + 325mgs of Acetaminophen made by Actavis. The reason why there aren't many listings yet here on the internet is because it's relatively new to the market. I'm not exactly certain about its exact release date, but some of my research suggest that it's only been out since May 2016.
