White Oblong Pill A 10

White oblong pill with an A on one side and a 10 on the other... I was told it's a Norco 10, but needed to make sure.

This tablet is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they list it as containing 45mgs of Mirtazapine, which is an antidepressant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
