White Oblong Pill 10 P On One Side Blank Other

The pill is very small and is about same size & shape of an over the counter Reactine Allergy pill. One side of the pill is blank and on the other side there is a 10 and a P, separated by a line.

No, this is actually a Canadian OTC drug. The oval, off-white tablet with 10 - score - P, is an allergy tablet called Cetirizine. See:
